OBJECTIVE. 
Bayside were appointed by Bakers Estates to deliver a cohesive signage and branding package for their Norden Meadows development in Kingsbridge. 
 
The objective was to create a strong and consistent visual identity across the entire site—one that would not only attract attention from the outset but also guide visitors seamlessly through the development and into the sales environment. 
 
Alongside external signage, the brief included enhancing the sales and marketing suite, ensuring the interior space reflected the same level of quality and attention to detail as the homes themselves, while supporting the customer journey and sales process. 
 
 
DESIGN & DELIVERY. 
Working closely with the Bakers Estates team, we ensured all elements were designed in line with their established brand—utilising a refined colour palette, clean typography and a consistent visual language throughout. 
 
From initial concepts through to production and installation, our team managed the full process, ensuring every detail was carefully considered. Materials were selected to provide durability on-site while maintaining a high-end finish, and all signage was positioned to maximise visibility and impact. 
 
The result is a seamless integration of design and functionality, where each element works together to create a polished and professional environment. 
 
 
 
EXTERNAL. 
Externally, the development was brought to life through a range of branded signage and display solutions designed to create presence, guide visitors and support sales messaging. 
 
This included branded flags, entrance signage, and wayfinding totems, all strategically placed to lead visitors through the site while reinforcing the Bakers Estates identity at every touchpoint. The wayfinding totems were designed to go beyond simple direction, incorporating key messaging such as Home Exchange incentives, helping to communicate important information clearly while maintaining a clean and premium aesthetic. 
 
Additional elements such as logo fence signage further strengthened brand visibility across the development, ensuring a consistent and recognisable look throughout the site. 
 
 
 
INTERNAL. 
Inside the sales and marketing suite, the focus was on creating a clean, welcoming and informative space. 
 
A large-format printed site map provides a clear overview of the development, helping visitors quickly understand the layout and available plots. This is complemented by acrylic house type displays, offering a high-quality way to showcase property options. 
 
Subtle wall graphics and window manifestations tie everything together, ensuring a consistent and professional finish throughout the space. 
 
 
 
OUTCOME. 
The finished result is a fully branded development that delivers both visual impact and practical functionality. From the first point of contact through to the interior sales space, every element has been designed to work together—guiding visitors, reinforcing the brand, and supporting the overall sales journey.
