OBJECTIVE.
Linden Homes asked us to reimagine their sales cabin at Harrington Park, transforming it into a space that made an immediate impression. They wanted their customers to walk in and instantly feel the brand — confident, considered and inviting. Our job was to design, supply and install a full interior and exterior refresh that delivered presence, impact and a memorable visitor experience.
The brief was to give the sales cabin a stronger sense of identity and purpose. The space needed to feel premium but welcoming, creating excitement around the development while supporting the sales team with improved layout, features and flow.
DESIGN.
We created a suite of custom interior elements to reflect the updated brand aesthetic. This included standalone cut lettering, a bespoke 3D site plan, LED glowing image boxes to display lifestyle and development photography, and custom furniture in carefully matched Harrington Park brand colours.
We also introduced illuminated slat walls that wrapped up from the walls, across the ceiling, giving the room movement and architectural presence without losing warmth. House-type signage, window vinyl graphics and custom cabinetry were added to anchor everyday functionality within the refreshed interior.
DELIVERY.
The installation started with the exterior build, ensuring the cabin already stood out before the doors officially opened. We fitted the fascia signage first, followed by parking signs and new hoarding graphics leading visitors naturally towards the sales space.
Once the outside branding was complete, we moved inside. The 3D site plan and cut lettering were installed first, anchoring the space visually and setting the tone for the rest of the fit-out. From there, the illuminated slat walls were carefully positioned, wrapping the surfaces with a clean, glowing finish that flowed seamlessly onto the ceiling.
DELIVERY.
The LED glowing image boxes were then fitted and set, bringing depth, light and personality to key view points in the room. Finally, house type details, window vinyls, custom joinery and furniture were placed with care, ensuring everything felt balanced, cohesive and easy for both staff and visitors to use.
By delivering the outside branding first, followed by a structured interior build, the full transformation felt considered, efficient and completely joined up.
OUTCOME.
The finished result has given Harrington Park’s sales space a bold and refreshed identity. From the exterior approach right through to the interior detail, the cabin now feels more exciting, more welcoming, and unmistakably on brand.
