OBJECTIVE.
We were excited to work with Tilia Homes on the launch of their new development, The Greens. The brief was to create and deliver a full marketing suite that would introduce the site with confidence, clarity and a strong sense of brand identity. Our team managed everything from interior design features to outdoor signage, ensuring a consistent look and feel throughout the entire development.
Tilia Homes needed a coordinated, eye-catching launch that would feel instantly recognisable and completely on brand. The site required a marketing space that worked for staff and visitors alike, alongside outdoor signage that supported wayfinding, visibility and show-home presentation, both during the day and after dark.
DESIGN & DELIVERY.
We designed, supplied and installed a full interior marketing suite, complete with custom cabinetry, desks, 3D site plans, house-type signage, 3D lettering and vinyl wall quotes. The interior pieces were created to feel premium yet approachable, giving the space personality while still keeping it practical for a busy site team.
For the outdoor branding, we delivered a full signage package including large totems, smaller feature totems, wayfinding signs across the development, gallow signs for the show homes and branded flags. We also installed illuminated fascia signage, created using a tray sign with glowing letters — a standout feature that brings real presence to the development at night.
EXTERNAL.
The project installation began outside, helping The Greens make an immediate statement ahead of the interior build. We started by fitting the main totems, positioning them carefully to mark key arrival points and establish a strong sense of site identity from the very beginning.
Once the primary branding was in place, we moved on to the smaller totems and wayfinding signage, creating a clear and natural journey through the development. The illuminated fascia tray sign was installed next, fitted with precision so the lighting sat perfectly, giving the letters that clean, confident glow after dark. With the show homes now clearly anchored within the site, we added the finishing touches with gallow signs and flags, bringing height, movement and a welcoming feel to the overall presentation.
INTERNAL.
After the external branding was completed, we turned our attention to the interior marketing suite. Desks, custom cabinetry, 3D site plans, vinyl quotes and wall graphics were all installed with the same level of care, transforming the sales space into a practical yet inspiring environment that felt instantly at home within the refreshed branding.
By delivering the outside elements first, followed by the interior, the entire development launch felt joined-up, intentional and refreshingly stress-free for everyone involved.
OUTCOME.
The finished site launch felt seamless, confident and distinctly Tilia Homes. The combined interior and exterior branding created a clear, welcoming and fully aligned environment that supported the site opening beautifully. The Greens made a strong, memorable first impression from day one, and we’re proud to have played a part in bringing the vision to life.
